Wind Turbines are Responsible for Less Than .0001% of Human-caused Bird Deaths Annually

Coming in at #9 amongst the top human-caused threats to birds, wind turbines are estimated to kill 234,000 birds per year, or less than .0001% of all birds killed by humans each year. This is in stark contrast to domestic cats, which are estimated to kill 2.4 billion birds per year.
